Carpets looked brand new after they left. Had a big dog stain in the living room that I thought was permanent and its gone. Will definately use again.
They did the tile and grout in my kitchen and bathroom. Honestly didnt think it would make that much of a diffrence but the grout went from black to almost white. Took them about 3 hours.
Showed up on time, got right to work. Stripped and waxed the VCT in our small office lobby and it looks like a mirror. Fair price too.
Booked for 9am, they showed up at 10:30. The cleaning itself was fine but the wait was annoying. Carpet came out clean tho.
Had them do my garage floor, the concrete was stained bad from years of oil leaks. They got most of it out, you can still see a tiny bit in one corner but honestly I didnt expect it to be perfect.
Second time using Balos. The hard floor in my restaurant gets destroyed every few months and they always bring it back. Burnishing makes a huge difference.
Very happy. Tile grout looks new again. The guy was friendly and explained what he was using. Would recomend to anyone in the Glassboro area.
Wasnt happy with the first visit, left some streaks on the hardwood. Called them and they came back the next day to fix it free of charge. Second time was perfect so I'll bump to 3 stars for the customer service.
Moved into a new place and the carpets were nasty. Didnt think they could be saved. After they were done I honestly couldnt tell they werent new. Worth every penny.
